Length of Position: summer, 1 or 2 semesters

Description: Cultural Embrace guarantees pre-placement, basic major medical traveler's insurance, housing, long-term visa and airport arrival assistance, travel benefits, and pre-departure and local support.

Cultural Embrace offers an exciting and affordable opportunity for native English speakers to live and teach in China. As this nation evolves rapidly to more Western style habits and prepares itself to host the 2008 Olympics, everyone is excited to learn English. Most positions prefer conversational English, but if you specialize in other subjects and/or languages, please let us know and we will try to meet your needs. Our staff contacts and reviews the position before each placement and provides support to you prior to departure as well as local representation once abroad.

Qualifications: Good command of the English language, bachelors degree, teacher's certificate, classroom experience and foreign language are helpful but not required, responsible and dedicated to full length of commitment, enjoy leading groups of people.

Salary / Pay: Local salary averaging 4000 RMB/month for university degree holders. Private or shared (with other teachers) housing included. Major medical traveler's insurance included.
