Escuela Panamericana offers an integral education, following the established national programs of the Ministry of Education of El Salvador and a typical curriculum used in the United States of America -- all with a Christian vision. Our programs are supervised by both the Salvadorian Ministry of Education (MINED) and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). * To motivate the wholesome development of each student's personality in an atmosphere of work, cooperation, respect and friendship. * To form attitudes and feelings of nationalism, unity and an understanding of other nations in the world. * To develop each student's creative capacity, their critical thinking and problem solving skills. * To contribute new ideas to the development of the Salvadorian educational system. * To demonstrate that children of different nations can learn to work and live in harmony.
Highlights:
SACS accreditation since 1996, ECIS accredited, Escuela Panamericana follows the following evaluative procedures: * The period grade is the average of period activities and period tests. * The School requires a minimum final grade average of 60% in all subjects to pass the grade. * Students progress reports are given to parents every six weeks in an "open-house".
Qualifications:
Certified teachers. To be considered for the position of classroom teacher one must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in the U.S., a Licenciatura or Profesorado in El Salvador or an equivalent degree earned elsewhere, and have completed a teacher education program.

Salary / Pay: Teachers get paid $1000.00 a month which includes an apartment with internet and CATV and all utilities are included. Transportation, personal mail fees, and all incidentals are paid by school
