Highlights: What can you expect in Taiwan language schools?

* Salary: up to 52,000TWD / $1550 (USD) / GBP820 / Euro 1200 / CAD$1850 / AUD$2000 / NZD$2300 per month based on a 25 hour week.
* Accommodation: During your week of training in Taipei, you will stay in an apartment. For your time teaching you will be provided with temporary accommodation on arrival and given assistance to find housing. It may be possible to share with another teacher.
* Arrival: You will be met at Taipei Airport (TPE) and taken to your accommodation. The next day, you will be taken to the central training center to start your 3-5 days of training and orientation.
* Locations: Schools are located in Kaohsiung, Keelung, Taichung and Taipei.
* Contract lengths: 1 year.
* Departure Dates: Departures are available every month.

What can you expect in Taiwan private schools?

* Salary: up to 60,000TWD / $1800 (USD) / GBP950 / Euro 1400 / CAD$2150 / AUD$2350 / NZD$2650 per month based on a 25 hour week. You will also receive a bonus of approximately 20 - 30,000TWD / $6-900 (USD) on completion of your contract.
* Accommodation: During your week of training in Taipei, you will stay in shared apartment-style accommodation. During your time teaching you will stay in free, fully furnished accommodation.
* Arrival: You will be met at Taipei Airport (TPE) and taken to your accommodation. The next day, you will be taken to the central training centre to start a week of orientation and training.
* Locations: Schools are located around Taipei.
* Contract lengths: 1 year.

Qualifications:
* Native English speaker with British, Canadian, Irish, American, Australian, New Zealand or South African nationality.
* TEFL qualification (Essential TEFL Plus course included)
* University Bachelors degree holder
* Teaching experience preferred (private schools only)

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Arts

Salary / Pay: up to 52,000TWD / $1550 (USD) / GBP 820 / Euro 1200 / CAD$1850 / AUD$2000 / NZD$2300 per month based on a 25 hour week. Participation fee of USD$1195 Including TEFL Course or USD$875 If already completed TEFL
