Job Details:

Location: Geoje City, Kyungsangnam-Do, South Korea
(Beautiful Island beaches and scenery, 50 mimutes away from Busan by ferry)
Foreign teachers working at school: 7 teachers
Working hour: 08:30 ~ 16:30 (No Saturdays and Sundays)
Working classes: 40-40 min. per week (30 hours per week) in contract
Accommodation: Single apartment with two bedrooms (all furnished)
15 minutes by school shuttle bus
Vacation: 14 days a year (during school summer & winter vacation
Salary and Perks:
Monthly pay: From 1.9 mil. to 2.3 mil. won depending on teaching experience
Work visa sponsorship
A one-way ticket is provided. The return ticket will be provided upon contract completion

Daewoo Corporate Facts

The Island
Geoje sits in the center of Halleyeo National Marine Park. It is a city located in South Gyeongsang province, just off the coast of the port city of Busan, South Korea. The Daewoo Shipyard (DSME) in Okpo and Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) in Gohyeon are both located on Geoje Island. The city also offers a wide range of tourist sights. The city is made up of a number of islands, of which by far the largest is Geoje Island. Geoje offers a variety of attractions, including Oedo island (located 4km from Geoje), a marine western-style botanical garden in Hallyeo-Haesang National Park, built by Lee Chang-ho and his wife when they settled on the island in 1969.Tourists also visit Jisim-do (an uninhabited island) for trekking. Jisim is known for its Camellia vegetation.. Another popular tourist attraction, Haegeumgang-do (located southeast of Geoje) hosts the Sipja Donggul Cave. Buddhist and Shamanist sculptures can be found in the cave. There are museusm, art galleries, parks, country club, and temples.
