Length of Position: 1 year renewable

Description: A friendly, private international school using the UK curriculum, located 45 minutes outside of Valencia seeks a qualified English teacher from now or January onwards. You will enjoy small class sizes of approximately 20 pupils, friendly teaching staff and lovely children who are happy to learn.   

The teaching day is longer than in the UK - starting at 9 and ending at 4:30 but there are numerous school holidays with a shorter school year to make up for it, with plenty of planning and prep time so you will rarely need to stay after school.

Highlights: The Valencia region of Spain is full of history and culture. Both Spanish and Catalan, the region has plenty of sun, sandy beaches and a relaxed way of life.

Qualifications: You MUST have a passport from an European Union country.

We require qualified secondary teachers with a bachelors degree and teacher training such as a Bachelors of Education or PGCE. These are secondary/high school English posts not TEFL positions so TEFL qualifications alone and TEFL experience alone is not suitable.
