School Improvement Partnership, A Gems Subsidiary, seeks qualified bilingual teachers (Arabic and English) to work as partnership teachers in National Schools undergoing educational reform. You will need to be an outstanding practitioner in your own right, able to model best classroom practice to others as well as offer support and encouragement to teachers who are introducing a new curriculum (K-12) and delivering the four main subjects of English, Maths, Science and ICT in the medium of English.

Successful candidates should have an appropriate teaching qualification in Science.

Qualifications: Successful teaching mentor and partnership teacher candidates should have:
* At least 5 years experience, excellent teaching practices and achieved excellent outcomes for your students
* Capacity to develop and facilitate relevant professional development sessions for staff in a primary or secondary school in Qatar or Abu Dhabi
* Be contextually sensitive, flexible, supportive and have the capacity to deliver well on all key performance indicators required by School Improvement Partnership
