A great opportunity to work in this school as a Primary Special Educational Needs Coordinator. A well qualified and highly experienced SEN Teacher/Coordinator is required to run a team of six full time Learning Support Assistants and four Individual Support Assistants in delivering learning support from Nursery to the end of Key Stage two. The candidate should be fully conversant with the identification, assessment and provision for both SpLD and EAL pupils along with pupils who demonstrate exceptional abilities. Previous SENCO or leadership experience and an advanced qualification in SEN would be highly desirable.

Class sizes are small with a maximum of 20 students per class. Each child is encouraged to develop at their own rate, benefiting from a high level of individual teacher attention and motivation. Salary / Pay: This is a very attractive package offering a Full UK salary, Tax Free! Salary and Package: * All teachers receive a 20% overseas hardship allowance, in addition to a UK salary; * Staff appointed this year will be paid a 1000 pound net retention allowance, should they choose to renew their contract in 2009 for a further two year period; * The staff live in magnificent apartments and the rent is paid by the school; * They also pay 9.5% of salary as a benefit in lieu of national insurance contributions. This is paid every four months; * They provide an annual allowance equivalent to the cost of a round trip to a teachers home country.
