ENGLISH PROGRAM in KOREA (EPIK) (- EPIK is an umbrella organization with a mandate from the Korean Ministry of Education to help promote and organize ESL classes at education boards nationwide. Successful applicants will be required to conduct English conversation classes for Korean primary and secondary school students as part of the Korean government's aim to promote and strengthen English language education. A candidate should have a strong sense of creativity and motivation as well as enjoyment working with young children as part of an academic team. Successful applicants are expected to focus on the development of oral communication skills using interactive teaching methods.
