Length of Position: renewable 11 month contract

Description: The English Nursery School (ENS) invites Early Years professionals to join its dynamic team .
We are a private nursery school in Moscow teaching expatriate and Russian children from 3 to 6 years old.
All our teachers are native English speakers. The teacher to pupil ratio is 1:6 with a total of 40 pupils (Nursery and Reception classes)
Our second branch located in Central Moscow will be opening in January 2009, welcoming 50 pupils in both classes.
The teachers` room is equipped with computers and you will have 1 hour a day for programming. Abundance of new resources will be at your disposal.
The initial contract will be for 6 months (January to June 2009 inclusive). After assessment in June, the contract will be renewed for the next school year.
The ENS is looking for experienced professionals to start working from 5 January 2009:

1. Reception and Nursery Classroom Teachers

" Early Childhood Education Diploma or B.Ed (primary),
" Min 5 years experience teaching 3- 6 year old children,
" English native speaker,
" Qualifications and/or skills in dance, drama, art and music are an advantage.

2. Teacher Assistant

" B.Ed, B.A, B.Sc, or University Degree in Linguistics, Modern Languages, Psychology or other relevant degree
" At least 2 years experience teaching 3 to 6 year old children
" English native speaker,
" Knowledge of Russian is an advantage,
" Qualifications and/or skills in dance, drama, art and music are an advantage.

The English Nursery School's Mission Statement: The ENS is a private nursery school dedicated to bi-lingual development of childern aged 3 to 6 years. It combines top quality education with excellent resources and fabulous conditions for those who work there. It is the first and the best specialized nursery school in Moscow, in a class of its own. The ENS has two branches (the second is opening in January 2009), of forty and sixty pupils respectively (teacher/pupil ratio is 1:6).
