Description: Expanish TEFL offers two internationally recognized TEFL certificates. The 120 hour TEFL course is based on the same curriculum outline as University of Cambridge's CELTA course; the 150 hour TEFL course is accredited by a national awarding body based out of the United Kingdom.

The program is aimed at fully preparing students to become qualified and confident teachers in the subject of English as a second language. With an emphasis on instruction method and hands on techniques, Expanish TEFL will give successful graduates the tools necessary to become working English teachers.

Students will have the unique opportunity to live in Buenos Aires, one of the most captivating cities in all of South America, while completing the extensive Expanish teacher-training program.

In addition, Expanish TEFL students will have the option to participate in a Spanish learning program, a volunteer placement, leisure activities, workshops, and the many other programs Expanish has to offer.

The TEFL courses are four weeks with the option of extending with an accompaniment program such as volunteering or Spanish classes.

Qualifications:
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old (students 19 and up may be accepted for the 120 hour course on a case-by-case basis)
- Have a minimum of 2-years university experience or comparable work experience, as well as a high school diploma
- A native fluency of English is required except in cases where the applicant has completed one of the following:
* TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
* IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Level 6
* CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English)
