Description: The Expanish TEFL program offers an internationally recognized certificate, adhering to the international standard of the University of Cambridge CELTA curriculum, or the British Counsels College of Teachers curriculum for those seeking to teach English abroad.

The program is aimed at fully preparing students to become qualified and confident teachers in the subject of English as a second language. With an emphasis on instruction method and hands on techniques, Expanish TEFL will give successful graduates the tools necessary to become working English teachers.

Students will have the unique opportunity to live in Buenos Aires, one of the most captivating cities in all of South America, while completing the extensive Expanish teacher-training program.

In addition, Expanish TEFL students will have the option to participate in a Spanish learning program, a volunteer placement, leisure activities, workshops, and the many other programs Expanish has to offer.

The TEFL courses are four weeks with the option of extending with an accompaniment program such as volunteering, internships or Spanish classes.

Qualifications: Applicants must be at least 21 years old (students 19 and up may be accepted for the 120 hour course ne a case-by-case basis) and have a minimum of 2-years university experience or comparable work experience, as well as a high school diploma.

A native fluency of English is required except in cases where the applicant has completed one of the following:

* TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
* IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Level 6
* CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English)
