Highlights: Gaining work experience abroad is a real asset to your CV and can open up better career opportunities for you. Taking part in one of Twins' Graduate Work programs is a great way to learn about a new culture and experience a different work ethic first hand.

At Twin we offer both paid and unpaid work programs in various locations around the world. Overseas experience is impressive to employers as they are aware that well travelled individuals tend to be independent, mature and adaptable, all useful qualities in the work place.

Qualifications: Eligibility and skills required for the Paid Teaching English China program:
* Have a TEFL or EFL certificate or two years teaching experience or a PGSE
* Have a university degree
* Are independent and flexible, creative and able to use your own initiative
* Have a high level of spoken and written English
* Are open to and respectful of Chinese culture
* Have a willingness and ablilty to live and work in a different culture

Eligibility and skills required for the Work & Travel USA program:
* Age range: 18 to 28 Years old
* Work placement duration: from 2 to 4 months with an optional extra month for travel
* Minimum English level: Pre-Intermediate or above (Level 3+)
* Be a full-time university student
* Must be in between years at your university or have an unconditional offer for your undergraduate or Masters degree.
* Wages: Between USD 5.85 - 10.00 per hour (Depending on the state or company of placement)
