Description:
School Improvement Partnership works in Government schools alongside local teachers in Education Reform. The roles we have vacant are for Teacher Advisors. Teacher Advisors are responsible for relationships with all teachers in their subject specialism and other subjects as identified for support from the Management Advisor. Responsible for supporting teachers to deliver the curriculum and for improving educational outcomes in their subject. Where indicated, this person also coordinates the activities with Partnership Teachers (PT) in order to meet the contract deliverables in secondary schools. This person is also responsible for leading achievement teams in diagnosing student performance, reviewing performance against expectations, identifying teaching and learning interventions, implementing these and reviewing student performance.

Qualifications:
School Improvement Partnership are looking for hard working, motivated and enthusiastic teachers to work in local schools in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. If you have over 5 years of teaching experience then you may be just the person we are looking for! You must also hold one of the following; - Diploma of Teaching - Bachelor of Education - PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate Education) Experience working in the Middle East is an advantage as is experience working in a PPP project.
