Length of Position: 2-year contract (renewable)
Description:
To provide teaching, curriculum development and research in Hospitality & Tourism. This may include unit development of programs of study, a role in planning or committee work, preparation and delivery of lectures. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: * Your primary duty as a Tourism & Hospitality Lecturer will be your active leadership in the classroom as well as engaging / lecturing relevant Hospitality & Tourism subjects. * Work closely with the school's Program / Academic Director regarding academic matters. * Developing proper Department course outline and contents, for providing a high quality education to all students, in order for them to attain high achievements within their own fields of study, and prepare them well for the job market and industry. * To create and maintain the course materials. Maintain good status of all these information. * Assist in maintaining general classroom discipline, stability, integrity, and professional image of the School. * Plan and organize examination by coordinating with SAS (Student Academic Services) department on all the resources necessary for good standard examinations to be carried out. To upkeep the professional standard for examination in the College. * Abide by the School's Policy and Procedures.
Qualifications:
* Candidate must be willing to relocate to Mongolia. * Master Degree in Business Administration and/or Hospitality & Tourism. * More than 5 years' industry experience in Hospitality & Tourism. * At least 3 - 4 years lecturing experience in Hospitality & Tourism or any other relevant areas of study. * Can adapt to a multi-cultural setting with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to handle students of different nationalities. * Please send us a comprehensive resume (with contact number in PDF or Word format), academic certificates as well as a recent photograph attached.
