Description:
Teacher Advisors work as part of the School Improvement Partnership (SIP) team which is involved in education reform. SIP assists government schools to raise standards, improve the quality of teaching and learning and support and coach staff through continuous professional development. Teacher Advisors are responsible for relationships with all teachers in their subject specialism.
Qualifications:
Successful Teacher Advisor candidates will have - At least 5 years experience - hold a formal teaching qualification (B. Education, Dip. Teaching or PGCE) - excellent teaching practices and achieved excellent outcomes for your students - Capacity to develop and facilitate relevant professional development sessions for staff in a National school in Al Ain or Abu Dhabi -Be contextually sensitive, flexible, supportive and have the capacity to deliver well on all key performance indicators required by School Improvement Partnership
Minimum Education: Bachelors
