Length of Position: One year minimum

Description: Teach 1st Grade at Oxford Bilingual Education Institute in the city of Coban, Alta Verapaz, Guatemala. Work 7am to 2pm every day and get free Spanish lessons.

Qualifications: Elementary School teacher certified to teach K-6 in the USA. Experience teaching the American curriculum for 1st Grade is highly regarded, but not a requirement.

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Arts

Salary / Pay: Q2,500 per month

Experience Required: yes

Previous experience teaching children ages 6 to 7 years old is highly regarded. Excellent classroom management skills are essential to the position.

This Program is open to American, Australian, Canadian, European and Kiwi Participants.
